Since 1922 Dickies quality has been built into every product. We will gladly replace a Dickies® garment or refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason after you have begun wearing the product. Please contact our customer service department for special instructions.

Return Policy

Our customers can return or exchange new and unworn products within 60 days of purchase. For faster service on exchanges, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund*.

*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

*Embroidered or otherwise altered items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. Returned items must not be washed or worn unless defective.

Dickies Footwear Warrenty

All Dickies Footwear products have a six month, limited warranty in normal use against manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.

How To Return:
1. Simply return the item or items to the address below at your expense.
2. Please enclose the exchange form or original packing slip that was shipped with your order.
3. Please provide instructions (e.g. are you returning this item for a refund or exchange?)
4. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment, please allow 15 days once we receive the return for the returns process to be complete.

We highly recommend that send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent by you but not received by Dickies Automotive will not received credit for the return or exchange.

Damaged Or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service immediately so that we may assist you in covering the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), call Customer Service for help in exchanging the item.
