Custom logo embroidered apparel will provide your business or club with that professional appearance that will allow them stand out from the competition. Before any design can be embroidered, it needs to be converted manually into a special format that is accepted and readable by the computerized embroidery machine. This digitized file basically tells the embroidery machine where, how, and which colors to use while stitching the logo. Our expert digitizers have years of experience to assure a great logo!
Five Easy Steps To Have A Great Logo:
STEP 1: UPLOAD YOUR LOGO
There are two ways to upload your logo. The fastest way is to upload your logo above, tell us the size of your logo and explain any special instructions we may need. The other way is to email your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org then contact customer service at 800-589-1084. We will then write up a quote for you to approve. Your image format can be JPG, GIF, PSD, PDF, BMP, EPS, or TIFF (.jpg file format preferred). Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have.
Please Note: We DO NOT create logos from scratch. You will need to provide us with your logo artwork.
STEP 2: ONE TIME DIGITIZING SET UP FEE*Lower Price!
A one time set up fee of
$79 $34.50 dollars will be charged to digitize your logo into a special sewing machine file. A sew-off sample will be created and sent to you in approximately one week for your approval or suggested changes. An average logo size is 2.75" x 3.5". Add $60 dollars more if the logo will be placed on the back of a Jacket or Coverall.
Size Condition*: We will digitize any logo up to 4.75" X 4.75" in size.
A special larger size is available for the back of Jackets or Coveralls at an additional cost
STEP 3: APPROVE THE SEW-OFF SAMPLE
Once the final version of the logo embroidery has been approved by you, it will be assigned a number and remain in our files for future orders. Remember that once the logo has been approved it cannot be changed. There will be no additional setup costs for that approved logo embroidery.
STEP 4: UNDERSTAND THE RUN OFF CHARGES
After approval of the logo, a run off charge will be charged every time we embroidery the logo. The embroidery run off charge is a per garment charge. Run off charges are shown below:
STEP 5: SELECT THE GARMENT
Now select the items that you want embroidered. Add the run off charge to the cost of the garment (shirt, jacket, etc.) and this will be the total cost of the garment with embroidery. Note: After you approve the art work (Your sew off sample), your order will still take up to an additional 12-15 days complete before your order will ship.
